Terms & Conditions

Pickerish is a South African online retail business. We are an authorised reseller of products sourced from DMC Wholesale, whose warehouse is based in the Vaal Triangle, Gauteng. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

All products are subject to availability. Stock levels reflect our supplier's inventory and can change without notice. In the event a product becomes unavailable after your order:

• We will notify you and offer an alternative, estimated back-order date, or a refund.
• Back orders ship with subsequent orders — not separately — once stock arrives.
• Credits are issued for orders under R200; refunds for orders over R200.
• Refunds are processed on Mondays via EFT.

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement is the price you pay — we will not retroactively charge more after an order is confirmed.

Pickerish reserves the right to cancel an order if a pricing error is identified, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Orders are accepted subject to payment confirmation. We accept:

• Yoco: secure card payments (Visa, Mastercard)
• Bank EFT: use your name and order number as payment reference

No order will be packed or dispatched without payment confirmation. EFT payments must clear before dispatch — please allow 1–2 working days for EFT verification.

Orders are consolidated weekly. Urgent orders must be communicated via WhatsApp on +27 83 455 1652.

We offer the following shipping options:

• PUDO Locker: free on orders R500+, countrywide
• Courier: door-to-door delivery (charged at checkout)

Dispatch typically occurs on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Pickerish is not liable for delays or losses caused by third-party couriers once the parcel has been handed over.

Our returns and warranty policy is detailed on the Returns page. In summary: 7-day return window for DOA items; 30-day manufacturing warranty on electronics valued R699+. Items must be returned unused, complete, and in original packaging.

Our supplier performs basic quality checks on electronic products before dispatch — confirming the item powers on, charges correctly, and shows no visible damage. We strongly recommend customers verify product functionality before use, and immediately report any issues via WhatsApp within 1 working day.

Product images and descriptions aim to be as accurate as possible. However:

• Colours may differ slightly from what appears on your screen due to display calibration.
• Dimensions allow for a manufacturing variance of 3–5 cm.

These variations do not constitute a defect and do not qualify for return.

All product descriptions, photographs, and promotional material on this site are either our property or used with permission from our supplier. Product details — including weight, dimensions, and images — may be updated at any time to reflect accuracy. You may not reproduce or distribute any content from this site without written permission.

Pickerish's liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product purchased on this site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time — continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
