Common questions

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are consolidated and dispatched on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Place your order by Tuesday to make that week's dispatch. For urgent orders, WhatsApp us on +27 83 455 1652.

Do you deliver to all areas in South Africa?

Yes — we deliver countrywide via Pudo and courier. Remote areas may attract a surcharge, which we'll notify you about before dispatch.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

What if my parcel is lost by the courier?

Pickerish is not liable for loss or damage caused by third-party couriers once the parcel has been handed over. We recommend using Pudo Locker-to-Locker for the most reliable delivery.

What if I'm not home for delivery?

Locker and kiosk options don't require you to be home — collect at your own convenience. For door-to-door, if no one is available the courier will leave a notification.
