Returns & Warranty

You may return a product within 7 days of receipt if it is:

• Dead on arrival (DOA) — the item does not work when first unboxed
• Received in a condition materially different from what was described
• The wrong item was delivered

Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear does not qualify.

To initiate a return or warranty claim:

1. Contact us via WhatsApp on +27 83 455 1652 within 1 working day of receiving the item.
2. Provide your order number, a description of the fault, and clear photos or a short video of the issue.
3. Return the item in its original, unused condition with all accessories and packaging within 2 working days of approval.

Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Electronic products valued at R699 or more carry a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing faults. This covers:

• Failure to power on or charge correctly
• Core functions not working as described
• Visible manufacturing damage not caused by the customer

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from drops, water ingress, incorrect use, or third-party modifications.

All returns must be:

• Unused and in the original packaging
• Complete — including all accessories, cables, manuals, and tags
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will offer one of the following:

• Replacement — a new unit of the same product (subject to stock)
• Store credit — for orders under R200
• Refund — for orders over R200, processed within 5–7 working days via EFT

Product images are as accurate as possible, but please be aware:

• Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen due to display settings.
• Dimensions and sizing allow for a 3–5 cm manufacturing variance.

These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns.
